We're here to introduce you to a selection of family self-catering holiday Villas in Tenerife with private swimming pools, along with two Bungalows with communal pools.

Privately Owned Holiday Villas, Tenerife

We are a private concern and in no way do we profess to be a holiday company. All the Villas are privately owned by friends of ours who have elected us to be caretakers and to look after all the guests who rent these Villas for their holidays in Tenerife.

As we are not a company we are well aware of the many concerns you may have when booking a Villa privately, especially via the internet. Therefore we have addressed a lot of these fears on our Frequently Asked Questions page where you can find out more about the booking system we have implemented. To alleviate any further concerns we have provided you with a little personal background information on our About Us page.

Easy Payment System

Unlike holiday companies, we don't expect you to pay a large deposit when placing a Villa booking, and neither do we expect you to pay the balance of payment before you arrive in Tenerife. Quite the opposite - all we require is a very small initial deposit of £50 to confirm your booking, you then bring the balance of payment with you to Tenerife. Upon your arrival at the Villa either myself (Jim) or my wife (Eileen) will meet you and ensure you are happy with the accommodation before we collect the balance for the Villa.

Accommodation

All the 2 bedroom Villas and Bungalows each accommodate up to 4 people. The 3 bedroom Villas accommodate up to 6 people. Each person is allocated a bed, we do not use sofa beds.
