Hello Guests - We are Jim and Eileen and we've produced this page to give you some personal background information about us in order for you to get to know us a little better, and to feel safe when booking a Villa or Bungalow through our small site.

Eileen and myself are a retired married couple and 15 years ago we decided to move from England to the warmer climate of Tenerife. We have 5 grown up children, 13 grand-children and 2 great grand-daughters (who we adore). They all live in England but regularly visit us here in Tenerife. We also make several trips ourselves to the UK to see our family.

For the past 15 years we have lived in Amarilla Golf where all the Villas and Bungalows displayed on this site are situated. Over the years we have become widely known in this area of Tenerife and have built up a lot of good friendships.

Several years ago we were approached by one of our friends (a Villa owner) who asked us if we would look after their Villa for them whilst they were back in England, and from that day onwards other friends (Villa owners) approached us with the same request.

Over the last few years we have steadily grown our portfolio of Villas and Bungalows and have greeted many guests who have now become regular visitors to the Villas, and we're pleased to say, also personal friends of ours.

All the Villa and Bungalow owners now class us not only as friends of theirs but also caretakers of their properties. Over the years we have looked after all their guests which they have personally sent to their Villas, along with a few guests who have booked the Villas through Eileen and myself,  and even via a few travel agents based in the UK.

In July 2005 we decided to have a website designed in order to promote the Villas and Bungalows for our friends, and although we've never had a computer before we are now learning how to send emails so that we can answer your emails. So please do be patient with us if we don't reply as quickly or as well as a company with qualified computer employees. We will do our best with the little computer knowledge we are gaining.

Alternatively, and we have always found this to be the best way of communication (shows our age!!) is to give us a quick telephone call so that we can speak to you direct (much more personal than emails).
