3 bedroom, 2 bathroom privately owned holiday Villa with views of the golf course and Atlantic ocean.

This Villa has recently been modernised with a fully fitted kitchen/dining area, a brand new leather reclining suite of furniture and all the latest electrical equipment.

The master bedroom consists of a double bed with an en-suite bathroom which contains a his & her vanity unit and a walk in shower. The second and third bedrooms both consist of twin beds. There is also an additional family bathroom. This Villa will comfortably sleep 6 people.

The patio doors leading from the lounge give access to the private swimming pool and large sunbathing area.

The Villa is situated adjacent to the 15th fairway at Amarilla Golf in the South of Tenerife.

Car Hire

Car hire is definitely advised if you plan on visiting the main areas of Tenerife such as Los Cristianos (10 mins by car) or Playa de las Americas (15 mins by car). If you merely wish to chill out and do not plan on travelling further a field than the immediate area you can easily jump into a taxi to and from the airport.
