Villa Description

Luxurious 6 double bedroom Villa on 2 levels with magnificent views of the golf course and Atlantic ocean. The Villa has off street parking as well as ample parking outside.

This Villa is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and can sleep up to 12 people plus a baby or toddler utilising the cot in one of the described outbuildings below. This is an ideal Villa for 2 or even 3 families who wish to book a holiday together.

The large lounge consists of two 3-seater and one 2-seater leather settees, a TV with both English and Spanish channels and a hi-fi stereo system. There are patio doors leading to the outside patio area, garden and swimming pool.

The dining area leading off the lounge consists of modern furniture with a glass dining table and chairs to seat 8 people.

The state of the art fully fitted and ultra modern kitchen, adjacent to the dining area, consists of all integrated units with hob, oven, microwave, vegetable steamer, built in wok, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer etc.

There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The front entrance of the Villa has a spacious hallway which leads to the lounge, a cloakroom and one downstairs double bedroom. The stairs lead to 2 more double bedrooms on the 2nd level.

The downstairs bedroom consists of a double bed, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading out to the large patio area, garden and swimming pool. This bedroom also has a fully fitted en-suite bathroom.

The upper level consists of the master bedroom, furnished with a super king size bed, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading out to the balcony with superb views of the Atlantic ocean and golf course. This balcony also looks out over the swimming pool.

The second bedroom on the upper level consists of a double bed, fitted wardrobes and also has a balcony with the same views of the Atlantic ocean and golf course.

On this floor there is a family bathroom consisting of his and her vanity units and a steam jacuzzi.

All three bedrooms within the Villa have a television.

Adjoining the Villa there is a separate open plan Apartment on the ground floor which consists of a bedroom with a stylish wooden double bed, wardrobes, kitchen and lounge area along with a bathroom with his and her vanity units and a shower cubicle. This Apartment has old style wooden ceiling beams. The patio doors lead out to the patio area, garden and swimming pool.

To the other side of the Villa there is also an additional adjoining outbuilding consisting of 2 more bedrooms and a fully fitted bathroom. One bedroom has twin beds along with a cot and the other has a bed which can either be used as a single or a double bed. The patio doors lead straight out onto the swimming pool area.

Once again all the bedrooms in both the open plan Apartment and the outbuilding have televisions.

Back View of the 2 Storey Villa

The grounds to the back of the Villa consists of a good sized sheltered patio area leading to a pretty garden with a well maintained lush green lawn, palm trees and various tropical plants. The garden overlooks the golf course and has sea views.

The sheltered patio area consists of several types of garden furniture including a comfortable cane 3 piece suite, sun loungers, various dining tables and chairs.

Alongside the garden and sheltered patio areas you will find the swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers and a large tiled area surrounding the pool. To one end of the pool there is a sheltered bodego with table and chairs. There is also a barbeque.

Car Hire

Car hire is definitely advised if you plan on visiting the main areas of Tenerife such as Los Cristianos (10 mins by car) or Playa de las Americas (15 mins by car). If you merely wish to chill out and do not plan on travelling further a field than the immediate area you can easily jump into a taxi to and from the airport.
