Very beautiful and modern 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom privately owned holiday Villa with high quality furnishings in a superb layout.

The master bedroom has a double bed and a very large en-suite bathroom to include both shower cubicle and roman style raised bath. Bedroom 2 consists of twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower. The 3rd bedroom has a single bed with an additional single pull-out bed below along with a further en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This Villa will comfortably sleep 6 people.

The light and airy open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen is tastefully furnished to a very high standard with a modern style leather suite, large flat-screen television, glass top dining table, writing desk with full broadband internet connection and an extremely modern style kitchen with breakfast bar and stools. The kitchen is well equipped to include fridge/freezer, oven & hob, dishwasher, washing machine plus more.

The large patio area consists of a swimming pool with sunbeds, two seating areas, one of these raised with excellent views of the golf course, mountains and Atlantic ocean. There is also a hot tub and a barbeque with built-in wall seating.

Air conditioning throughout the Villa is available as an optional extra.

The Villa is situated at Amarilla Golf, a lovely peaceful rural area in the South of Tenerife.

Car Hire

Car hire is definitely advised if you plan on visiting the main areas of Tenerife such as Los Cristianos (10 mins by car) or Playa de las Americas (15 mins by car). If you merely wish to chill out and do not plan on travelling further a field than the immediate area you can easily jump into a taxi to and from the airport
